OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
As Specialist Hotel & Catering Recruitment Consultants, we are only too well aware of the high ethical standards required whilst dealing with Clients or Candidates. For this reason, we have prepared a Declaration by which we guarantee to adhere
We undertake:
To abide by the provision of Employment Agencies Act 1973. To declare at the earliest possible time any potential conflict of interest to the Client before agreeing to undertake a recruitment brief. Not to try to induce a Candidate to leave a Client Company if a fee has previously been received for that candidate. To ensure that our Client fully understands our terms of business before we undertake any recruitment brief. To retain the anonymity of the Client until the interview stage or a time agreed by the Client. Not to supply Candidate details to the Client until the Candidate has been contacted. Not to retain any information about the Client or Candidate which might influence the others decision. During the recruitment process maintain regular contact with the Client and Candidate. Where possible, to take up references on all Candidates before submitting there details to the Client. The Client shall be informed if this is not possible.
